As Tabono Law’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Cindy Campeau has nearly 10 years of experience managing many areas of human resources, benefits, payroll, and related projects for several local businesses, as well as starting out her professional career as a paralegal working for both inhouse and private practice attorneys. At Tabono Law, Cindy will focus her attention on overseeing the firm’s human resources needs, benefit and salary administration, recruiting, staff training, employee evaluations and performance recognition, and assessment and policy and procedural development and implementation. She collaborates with the firm’s CEO, CFO and Executive Committee to drive goals and initiatives to achieve results and efficiency.

Cindy has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Cindy enjoys hiking and the outdoors with her husband and two springer spaniels.
